New research from Gocompare.com has revealed the top features home buyers are looking for when considering a property to buy.
During the first five months of 2013 lending to first time buyers has increased by a generous 50% against the same period in 2012. The data has been collected from members of the Building Societies Association (BSA).
House prices from April to June are 3.7% higher than they were during this period in 2012. House prices are increasing at an improved annual rate according to research from Halifax.
According to data collected by Zoopla 80 per cent of homeowners believe that property values will rise over the next six months.
